Shipping and Delivery Costs

1. Orders are generally dispatched within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of payment by SF Express from Hong Kong. If you are ordering from outside Hong Kong, please contact us directly at info@readingoverred.com for a shipping quote.

2. Free shipping on orders over HK$800. If your order net is less than HK$800, the actual shipping fee will be collected by SF Express when the package is delivered or paid when picking up the package at a self-pickup point.

3. Tracking number will be provided for monitoring the shipment status.

4. If orders are not received within the said period, please inform us by email at info@readingiverred.com. In order to ensure the confirmed orders are delivered accurately without delay, please provide correct personal information and delivery address before submitting the order.

5. In the event of occasional shortages of stock, we will provide a further notice on delivery arrangements.

6. We holds no liability over those inevitable delays due to custom clearance at destination or other reasons. Overseas customers should bear import duties, tax or any additional charges.

7. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund in case a parcel is rejected by the receiver and bounces back.

8. We recommend purchasing multiple items in one order. Separate orders cannot be grouped, and they will be charged separately for shipping.

9. Please note that we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Returns and Exchange

All products purchased at readingoverred.com cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at info@readingoverred.com. We reserve the right to decide if a product is defective and should be replaced if necessary.
