Reading Over Red's ("Reading Over Red" "we" "us") Site(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders on www.readingoverred.com.

Reading Over Red is a trading name of Wealthy Knight Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under registration number 58553459, and our registered address is 86 Tung Lo Wan Road, Causeway bay, Hong Kong.

In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Reading Over Red's Privacy Policy before you use this Site or registered for any of this Site's services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 however. We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Eligibility to Purchase

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet www.readingoverred.com terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Reading Over Red, whose applications are acceptable to Reading Over Red and who have authorized Reading Over Red to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where Reading Over Red feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in HK Dollars (HKD $) Pound Sterling (GBP £), and US Dollars (USD $).

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. HK Dollars (HKD $) Pound Sterling (GBP £), and US Dollars (USD $) price of a product/service displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in HK Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Acceptance of Your Order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our Site are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products/services. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product/service in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product/service that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods/services, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. 

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Reading Over Red, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.



Promotion Codes

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Please note that we do not provide readings to those under the age of 18.

The date, time and fee for attending our reading sessions will be as stated on the page where you placed your order. All payments for readings must be made in full at the time of completing the purchasing process on our Site and in any event prior to the date of the reading session.

By attending our reading sessions, participant agrees to participate in the reading session during the time period chosen, and all payment will be non-refundable if you are unable to attend the reading session.

For Tarot Beyond Thoughts in-person readings, once the session has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

For regular in-person/online readings , sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

In the event that a participant cannot attend the scheduled reading session, the session will be considered used. To avoid affecting other customers, late customers will only be able to complete their readings within the remaining time. If the appointment time is 18:00-18:30, and the customer arrives at 18:05 (that is, 5 minutes late), the consultation will be completed within the remaining 25 minutes.

TYPHOON SIGNAL No.1 and AMBER RAINSTORM SIGNAL, Tarot readings will be conducted as scheduled. TYPHOON SIGNAL No.3 or above, RED or BLACK RAINSTORM SIGNAL, the in-person reading will be rescheduled without additional charge; if the customer cancels the activity, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

There may be instances where the reader is not capable of reading for a client. Fees would be refunded or not charge

In your reading, you will find out what's happening over the next 3 to 6 months. In order to maintain perspective, readings are not given to the same person in the same issue within 3 months. Please read our CODE OF ETHICAL PRACTICE carefully before making any bookings.

Photos and videos taken during sessions may be used for publicity and promotion purposes.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our photos that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

No Reliance
While Reading Over Red has endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via the Site, Reading Over Red does not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Site.

Linked third party sites are not under the control of Reading Over Red and Reading Over Red is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or any link contained in such a linked site.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including text, content, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material (“Content”) is protected by copyrights, trade marks and/or other proprietary rights. The Content includes both content owned or controlled by Reading Over Red and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to Reading Over Red. All individual articles, reports, and other elements making up the Site may be copyright works. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Site.

You may not use any of Reading Over Red‘s trademarks or trade names without Reading Over Red‘s prior express written consent and you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in and to any of those names and marks.
You agree to notify Reading Over Red in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of the Site by any party or of any claim that the Site or any of the contents of the Site infringes any copyright, trade mark, or other contractual, statutory or common law rights of any party.

Licence and Download Rights

You acquire no rights or licenses in or to the Site and/or the Content other than the limited right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and to download on the terms set out in this section.

Other than as set out in this section you may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to create derivative works from, transmit, or in any other way exploit any part of the Site.

Additionally, you may not offer for sale or sell or distribute over any other medium (including distribution by over-the-air television or radio broadcast or distribution on a computer network) the Content or any part thereof. You may not make any part of the Site available as part of another Site, whether by hyperlink framing on the internet or otherwise. The Site and the information contained therein may not be used to construct a database of any kind, nor may the Site be stored (in its entirety or in any part) in databases for access by you or any third party or to distribute any database Sites containing all or part of the Site. 

No Warranty

The Site and the Content are provided “as is” excluding any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. Reading Over Red further accepts no responsibility or liability for functions contained on the Site and makes no warranties that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Reading Over Red does not warrant that the Site is compatible with your computer equipment or that the Site or its server is free of errors or viruses, worms or “Trojan horses” and Reading Over Red is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features.

Reading Over Red shall not be held responsible for Content provided by third parties. Reading Over Red is also not responsible for the reliability or continued availability of the telephone lines and equipment you use to access the Site.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights or your legal rights as a consumer.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that your use of the Site, including the Content is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, the Terms or any or the Content your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

Save in respect of fraud and of personal injury or death to the extent it results from Reading Over Red‘s negligence, in no event will Reading Over Red be liable to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if Reading Over Red has been advised of the possibility thereof, arising from your use of the Site. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Changes to The Site

You accept that Reading Over Red has the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the Site at any time at Reading Over Red’s sole discretion. You further accept that such changes may result in your being unable to access the Site. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of Reading Over Red, its employees, representatives and agents, from and against any claims, actions, demands or other proceedings brought against any of Reading Over Red, its employees, representatives or agents, by a third party, to the extent that such claim, suit, action or other proceeding brought against Reading Over Red, its employees, representatives, suppliers, or agents is based on or arises in connection with:
(a) your use of the Site; (b) any breach by you of the Terms; (c) a claim that any use of the Site by you: (i) infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party, or any right of personality or publicity, or (ii) is libelous or defamatory, or otherwise results in injury or damage to any third party; (d) any deletions, additions, insertions, or alterations to, or any unauthorized use of, the Site by you; or (e) any misrepresentation or breach of representation or warranty made by you contained herein.

References in this section of the Terms to your use of the Site shall be deemed to include any use by a third party where such a third party accesses the Site using your computer. You agree to pay Reading Over Red, its employees, representatives, and agents any and all costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with or arising from any such third party claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such third party claim.

Transmission and Feedback of Information

Any information you transmit through this Site is subject to Reading Over Red’s privacy policy and remains Reading Over Red’s property. You are prohibited from transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory or pornographic material or other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under law.

You agree that Reading Over Red may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the Site in a manner that does not reveal your identity.
Local Laws and Regulations

The Site is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where for any reason the publication or availability of the Site is prohibited. Those in respect of whom such prohibitions apply must not access the Site.

Reading Over Red does not represent that either the Site or the Content are appropriate for use or permitted by local laws in all jurisdictions. Those who access the Site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws or regulations; legal advice should be sought in cases of doubt.

Third Party Rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any third party (whether referred to in this Agreement by name, class, description or otherwise) any benefit or any right (under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties)
Ordinance or otherwise) to enforce any provision of this Agreement or any agreement entered into in connection with it.

Entire Agreement

Except as provided herein, these terms and conditions are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding or agreements (written or oral). Nothing in this clause will operate to limit or exclude either party’s liability for fraud.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Regionand the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

This Statement is written in the English language and may be translated into the Chinese language. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
